I felt like the hotel was perfectly located, offering a great spot for relaxation near the town center and a vibrant pedestrian street. The service was friendly and helpful, despite some language difficulties. However, the dining experience could use some improvement starting at a later time than desired. The rooms, with only interior windows, reflected the unique architecture but lacked an outside view.
The hotel had a cozy atmosphere and was spotlessly clean, but there was a slight musty odor. The staff, especially Uriel, were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The location was ideal, just a stone's throw from great restaurants and shopping destinations. The dining options were satisfying, with a variety of fresh choices, though lacking sweet pastries. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent service and convenient surroundings.
